The worktable was treated by special precess,thus it can print sulimation,hot stamping transfer and stamping objects.

(operation process)：

Turn on the power switch,adjust the temperature,time and air pressure to the needed one.

When the temperature reached the setted one,turn the switch to “manual” begain to test.After confirm the quality is good enough,turn the switch to “automatic” start to volume-produce.

When the switch on “manual”,press the heat plate untill the temperature reached the setted one.If the stamping position is not right,press “engency stop”;when the switch on the “automatic”,push the heat plate to needed position and then it will press automatically.

(Notice)：

The machine should connect with safe earth protect.

(maintenance)：

If the air pressure is too small or big,you can adjust the presure-regulating valve.(take care whether there is oil on the air bottle)

when the temperature reached the setted one but the heat plate is not hot or heat evenly,please check the connection of temperature controller and the thermocouple.

When the switch on “manul”,if it is not press,pls check the “manual” switch;when the switch on the “automatic,the bedplate is on the laction but not press,pls check the micro movement switch
